1.Make the necessary preparations before installation: adjustable wrenches, screws, wire gloves, and an iron plate for the installation base (the iron plate must be larger than the base).
2. Holes will be drilled on the car plate, and the spare iron plate also needs to be drilled. Usually, four holes are enough.
3.After the drilling is completed, align the spare iron plate with the holes on the vehicle plate, and place the base part of the vehicle-mounted small crane on the spare iron plate (the holes on the vehicle plate and the spare iron plate should be consistent with the holes on the base of the vehicle-mounted crane). Then, after aligning the holes, use screws to insert them and tighten them with a wrench and screws.
4. The base part of a small truck-mounted crane is like laying the foundation for a house. If the foundation is stable, it will not collapse no matter how high the building is placed. The principle of a small truck-mounted crane is the same as that of building a house. The base is installed. Then, put the bearing on the column onto the column and install the boom completely onto the column.
5. Installing the electric winch is the final part. Just install the electric winch on the motor board at the rear end of the boom, and then install the steel wire rope along the pulley.
